Once they have selected an article, they are asked to log-in. Our "remember me" function recognises the password details of the user once the username is entered. Our password retrieval system also guarantees limited delays to accessing your story. When clicking through from our targeted email blast, our system automatically recognizes them as a subscriber and they are taken directly to the story, without the need of logging on. This greatly assists busy newsrooms with multiple journalists. If they are not a subscriber, they can register instantly on-line by clicking the subscribe button and filling in the relevant information. This process takes less than two minutes. This information is imperative to make sure the site remains "media-only" and so we have a record for our clients of the media organisations downloading content.

Once logged in, journalists and producers are taken to our download centre. This page gives them an extended summary of the story, contact details, a transcript of all audio grabs plus various download options associated with the story. These may include video, audio, research material. press releases, photos, graphics and profiles. For our multi-media options, the media can either view or listen instantly, or download straight into their news systems.
