Microsoft Australia celebrated the launch of Windows 10 with a unique celebration on the Sydney Harbour foreshore – Fleet Steps in the Botanical Gardens. Available for the first time as a free upgrade, Windows 10 delivers a fast, familiar, personal and natural experience.

Launching in 190 countries around the world from 29 July, Windows 10 was designed using the feedback of more than 5 million Windows 10 Insiders from around the world and features new innovations such as the new browser, Microsoft Edge, a new digital personal assistant, Cortana, Xbox streaming and a number of personalised features that work across all of your devices through a feature called Continuum.

The event celebrated those that made Windows 10 possible – the Windows Insiders and fans who have aided in the development of the operating system through countless pieces of feedback over the last nine months. The exclusive celebration will immerse guests in the world of Windows 10, brought to life through Australian art, fashion, music and technology.

The Media Game provided full video production to provide interviews and B-Roll footage to Australian and Global media. All delivered within an hour of the event finishing.

Australian music artists Flight Facilities provided the entertainment to help launch Windows 10 overlooking Sydney Harbour, the bridge and the Opera House.
